I remember how much I used to enjoy using Reason on my iBook to hammer out beats whilst in coffee shops circa 2002. That had a 600MHz processor and handled the software perfectly well. The idea of a 1GHz 10" iPad with multitouch running something similar designed specifically for a touch interface is just mind blowing, I can't wait for you to develop it! I would want a nice drum machine, something with the flexibility of Ultrabeat, a touch polyphonic keyboard; maybe the ability to use sample; routing options and simple effects a la Reason.
